Bami Fajinmi joined Covelo Group in February 2023 to establish an Educational Services (ES) team dedicated to providing staff and clinical services to educational partners across the United States.

Bami spearheaded the development of Covelo’s school health and behavioral service offerings and assembled a team focused on cultivating comprehensive partnerships with schools nationwide.

He also played a pivotal role in revamping Covelo’s ES support teams, adopting an adaptable yet targeted approach to service delivery for staff and educational partners.

Before joining Covelo, Bami was Head of Business Development at Inventure Recruitment, where he led efforts to establish strategic staffing partnerships with renewable energy organizations nationwide.

He also spent three and a half years with Amergis Healthcare, concluding his tenure as Senior Business Development Manager for the Los Angeles team. This team was responsible for expanding K-12 partnerships within the Los Angeles metropolitan area and its surrounding counties.

Bami holds a Master of Science in Global Medicine (Management) and a Bachelor of Science in Global Health from the University of Southern California.
