Bonus Amounts By Position

• $750: School Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• $500: Radiologic Tech, Pharmacist, Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), Special Education Teacher (SPED Teacher)

• $400: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

• $250: Medical Assistant (MA), Behavior Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Para Educator (Para), Instructional Aide (IA), Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Referral Bonus Qualifications

  • The Covelo Group Referral Bonus Program, as it’s outlined above, is effective January 17, 2024. All referrals submitted on or after this date are eligible for the referral bonus.
  • The person referred must be hired by Covelo Group and work a minimum of 200 hours for contract roles or 90 days for direct hire roles for the referrer to receive the bonus.
  • Active Covelo Group employees and non-employees can participate in our bonus program.
  • Unlimited referral bonuses are allowed per person.

Legal Policy
To qualify for the Covelo Referral Bonus Program, you can only refer a listed position: School RN, SLP, PT, OT, SLP, BCBA, Rad Tech, Pharmacist, PTA, COTA, SLPA, SPED Teacher, LPN, LVN, MA, BT, RBT, Para, IA, or DSP. Your referral(s) must be new and cannot have previously worked for Covelo Group; Your referral(s) must be hired by Covelo and work a minimum of 200 hours for contract roles or 90 days for direct hire roles to receive your referral bonus; Referral bonuses will be paid one time per referral; This program excludes any Covelo Group, Inc. employee whose work responsibilities include recruitment, hiring, or selection of new employees; Each referral is subject to a one-time payment, and the referred-candidate may not be referred an additional instance; Payment will be made directly to the employee’s currently indicated method of payment; Referral requests must be done on your own time and not as a part of your regular work duties; This program is strictly voluntary, and there is no obligation to participate or refer any candidate to the referral program; Referral program may be canceled at any time.
