Covelo provides a dedicated Account Manager to facilitate the entire staffing process. Covelo Account Managers have extensive recruiting and client service experience and are a valuable resource to both hiring managers and agency recruiters.

From the hiring company's perspective, the Account Manager simplifies and accelerates the recruiting process. Resumes are screened before they ever reach a hiring manager, ensuring that the manager's valuable time is spent reviewing only qualified candidates. Instead of dealing with tens or hundreds of different recruiters, hiring managers deal with a single Covelo Account Manager. Backed up by Covelo's consolidated technology platform, the Account Manager gives hiring managers a comprehensive view of their staffing situation, allowing them to respond quickly and get great candidates hired.

From an agency's perspective, the Account Manager is their advocate inside the hiring company. The Account Manager proactively provides them with insight on job openings and feedback on their candidates. When issues or questions come up, the Account Manager acts on behalf of the agency to track down information and liaise between hiring managers and partner agencies.

Covelo relies on a proprietary technology built specifically to support our high-touch MSP programs. The technology supports our proven process and provides a single platform to efficiently manage the entire staffing process. In combination with the personal service of the Account Manager, Covelo's technology provides clients and agency partners with tools and information to streamline the staffing process.

The main components of Covelo's technology are:
  • Agency Portal. Partner Agencies can review their jobs, submit candidates, and interact throughout the hiring process.
  • Job Board. Hiring companies can use their own branded version of Covelo's candidate job board, or can seamlessly integrate with major commercial job boards, such as Monster or CareerBuilder.
  • Requisition Management. Job openings are approved and documented, then distributed to the appropriate agencies or other staffing channels.
  • Submittal Management. Candidates are tracked through the hiring process, including screening, interview, offer, and placement.
  • Contractor Management. Deployed contractors and their assignment information and monitored and reported on.
  • Time Collection. Covelo's system can integrate with existing systems to share timecard data.
  • Invoicing/Payment. Agency invoices are reconciled and consolidated into single client invoices.
Understanding that neither hiring companies nor agencies are anxious to make a big technology investment, or to learn how to use another system, Covelo has built our technology to be flexible and non-intrusive. The technology is hosted by Covelo and is available through any web browser. Neither clients nor agency partners have to purchase or install any new technology to work with Covelo.

For flexibility, both clients and agency partners have the option to use our web portal or to integrate our technology with their existing systems. Covelo's technology is built on standard MSP processes and open data exchange standards such as HR-XML, so integration with existing processes and systems is no problem.
